Dr. Donnie Horner: What's this Leadership Stuff?

Join Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association as we welcome Dr. Donnie Horner. Dr. Horner is an acclaimed leadership expert, a graduate of West Point where he was the quarterback of the Army football team, followed by a master’s from MIT and doctorate from Stanford University. He served as Brigade Operations Officer during the Bosnia-Herzegovina campaign in the late 90s and was the Distinguished Professor of Leadership Education in the Department of Leadership, Ethics, and Law at the United States Naval Academy. Currently, Dr. Horner is the education commissioner for the City of Jacksonville and director of Jacksonville University’s Davis Leadership Center.

With Dr. Horner’s engaging and witty delivery, he teaches the essence of leadership to both emerging leaders and seasoned professionals. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of America’s top leaders.
