Topic: The Curious and Creative Leader
The best and most accessible leadership tool at your disposal is your curiosity. Curiosity is linked to creativity and both are essential skills for leaders to remain agile in the face of the rapid changes in today’s marketplace.
You will learn how to cultivate curiosity and use creativity as new problem solving tools, appreciate the value of failure and become a more successful leader who inspires creative thinking throughout the company.
Lunch is $5 for current (dues-paying) LGAA members and $20 for all others. Depending on response, registration may be capped.
The event location is the Var Heyl Conference room at LifeSouth Community Blood Center . We will have a delicious lunch, including a vegetarian option.
